The bathroom was big and the room itself nice modern and decent sized. All the staff were respectful, hospitable. The hotel was in a good and stunning location for a wedding ceremony. The property was set in a calm area.

I had deluxe room with windows overlooking the ocean and exceptionally comfortable bed. Marvellous and brilliant location, it was close enough to Thailand for 18+ years, the best beach and the shop, restaurant, cafe.
Didn't like the area, it was poor.

Modern, decent sized room complete with even 5 * facilities, good housekeeping, as for instance. The breakfast was amazing, we greatly enjoyed a wide array of meals.

Marvellous breakfast, a wide array of options available. Had deluxe villa with a fabulous balcony, jacuzzi is on the balcony and tea and coffee making facilities.

The place was gorgeous and had efficient staff on entering one staff member, really enjoyed the stay. We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. There were a sofa bed, an electronic key card and coffee/tea making equipment, which was great. The room was updated, the location was magnificent beachfront. You could walk to a market and convenience stores.

The room with sea views was great modern and a decent size and had a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and climate control. It was in a beachfront location, to BKK airport.
As for me, the area was quite poor.

It was as expected, had a real good stay for one night. The hotel was fairly large, with helpful and very attentive staff and stunning location by ferry. Location: the property was adjacent to the most beautiful beach on Koh Chang as well as convenience store apart from nice restaurant available at property.
